Utility Payments

To access the Utility Billing Portal, click on Utility Billing. You must have your Account Number and Customer ID to pay online. These can be found on your utility bill. If you do not have a bill, contact the City Light and Water Office at 573-756-2620 to obtain your Account # and CID#.
